Which models does BlackVue offer?

Currently, there are various models such as the DR970X, DR770X, and DR590X, available in different configurations including front-only, front and rear, and even LTE-supported versions.

What kind of memory card should I use?

BlackVue recommends using MLC-type microSD cards, supporting up to 512GB–1TB. Using official BlackVue memory cards is highly recommended.

How much driving footage can be recorded based on memory card capacity?

The recording time varies depending on the memory card capacity, resolution settings (e.g., 4K, FHD), frame rate, and the number of channels (front/rear). Please refer to each model’s specifications page for more details.

Is GPS included by default?

Some models come with built-in GPS, while others require an external GPS module (sold separately). Please check your model's specifications.

How does parking mode work?

During parking mode, recording is triggered automatically when motion or impact is detected. To use parking mode, constant power or a battery pack is required.

What is BlackVue Cloud service?

BlackVue Cloud is a remote service that allows real-time monitoring, event notifications, and video backup via Wi-Fi or LTE module.

What is Fleet Cloud service?

Fleet Cloud is BlackVue’s enterprise-level service that allows real-time monitoring of multiple vehicles, event notifications, video backup, and GPS tracking via Wi-Fi or LTE module. It is ideal for businesses managing fleets such as delivery, rental, and service vehicles.

What do I need to use the Cloud features?

A model with built-in GPS and Cloud support, a vehicle with LTE module (CM100G LTE) or a Wi-Fi hotspot, a local SIM card for LTE, and a Fleet Cloud account or app subscription.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Generally, orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after payment. Delivery times may vary based on stock availability, location, and holidays.

How can I track my shipment?

Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS. Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to check delivery status.

What if the product is damaged during delivery?

If your product is damaged, please contact customer support or your sales representative within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will proceed with exchange or refund promptly.

Who covers the shipping cost?

We ship under EXW (Ex Works) terms. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer in advance. Once paid, shipping will proceed via your selected courier or our partner service.

Return & Refund

How do I return a product?

Returns and refunds are not possible if there is no issue with the product. If the product is defective or wrongly delivered, you can request a return within 7 days, and we will cover round-trip shipping.

When will I receive a refund?

Refunds are only issued for valid returns (defects, damage, wrong item). After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method.
