General Shipping policy

We ship globally via DHL, with a few exceptions. Refer to our Shipping Countries List for a full list of countries where we ship. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our sales team for further assistance.

Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise stated, the default shipping term shall be designated by us with global DHL delivery service and the shipping cost shall be charged to you based on the DHL international freight rate.

If you are responsible for transportation, title and risk of loss or damage shall pass to you in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 agreed between us and you.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping within the United States

For customers in the mainland United States, we offer FREE shipping on orders of $1,000 or more via UPS Ground.

You may choose expedited shipping (e.g., 2-day or overnight) during checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
